Shipping Policy

Jopana.my will always endeavor to use a reputable shipping company to ensure your ordered products arrive within our policy.

Please allow for the below delivery lead time :

Ready-stock (Standard items):
West Malaysia : 2-3 working days
East Malaysia : 5-7 working days
All orders will be sent on the next working day.

Pre-order (Custom Design) items:
West Malaysia : 5-7 working days
East Malaysia : 7-10 working days
All orders will be sent on the next working day.

Return Policy

We observe strict checking procedures on all products to ensure that they are in order and in good condition before shipping to our customers.

All products sold are neither returnable nor exchangeable nor any payment made refundable. In the event of receiving wrong or damaged or broken product(s), kindly contact us at support@jopana.my within 24 Hours upon receiving of such product(s).

We will reply by email within 3 working days.

Full Name : Your full name
Registered Email : Valid login email used in Jopana.my
Contact : Mobile phone no.
Order ID : Check your order history with Jopana.my (login required)
Product name(s) : Damaged or wrong product(s)
Remarks : Extent of damage,inspected upon arrival,or loss of the product

Wrong product(s) inclusive of tags and packaging must be returned in their original condition. Damaged product(s) must also be returned together with tags and packaging and properly packed to prevent further damage. All goods will be inspected upon returned.

You shall be solely responsible for the condition of the product(s) until such time when the product(s) reaches our store.

We are not responsible for any product returned to us in error.

Customers shall undertake full responsibility for returning the product(s) to us. All freight, shipping and insurance charges are to be borne by the customers.

We shall not be liable for any damage or lost of the product(s) during the return shipment to us.

We will replace the correct product(s) to customers in the event of delivery of wrong product(s) or damaged product(s) that directly result from our fault or error.
